Lovely church but very cold in February for a wedding

Ancient Church

Old church tucked away in the corner of large village green at Shipton under Wychwood. Memorial to Cospatrick disaster. Little parking but church has some nice stained glass and historical features inside. Graveyard mostly grass. Definitely worth a visit

Very good visit to this church. There are some well preserved memorials in the chapel on the right of the east window. Extensive work has been done to replace roof timbers. Light inside.
