Second hand book club on Saturday mornings. Local ladies run a small cafe with home cooked food and baking. The Beef broth is superb on a cold winters day and at £2.50 doesn't break the bank.

On Saturday and Tuesday mornings the book club has more popular books than the library down the road. 50p to hire for as long as you please. Also CDs & DVDs & 2nd hand clothes. All proceeds to the Church fund. On Saturdays, from 11am to 1pm the ladies of the village provide lunches of home made cobs, delicious soups, puddings, scones, tea & coffee for very reasonable prices. Again all proceeds to the Church. A sociable morning for elderly village residents. It is possible to hire the hall for social functions.

Great place for social events. Starting I Sept hopefully the book shop will open on Sat mornings around 10am. A selection if food and drinks, plus cakes etc available, helping support the local community. Always worth supporting the volunteers that run, serve and bake etc.

Went for coffee & cake. The smell of cooking bacon was lovely. Parked OK. Will go again. Open on a Saturday 10am-12. Very busy.
