Citizens Advice Mid Lincolnshire: Boston Office

They are very friendly and helpful I have been there quite a few times and I have never came away disappointed on some occasions I don't know what I would have done without them they are also self funding with no help from the government at all which I think is a crime every time I go there I always leave no less than £5 to help them out as a charity too many people take advantage of this but God forbid if I weren't there we would know it it will affect all of us

Not the best advice given. The man I spoke to didn't know what he was talking about and seemed more interested in arguing with me about my disability.

Never answer the phone was on hold for over an hour then it came up sorry noone available and cut me off tried again another day 40 minutes on hold so I gave up.
