Quick & Efficient - took car in for a safety recall. They said could take a couple of hours. I was offered a car or choice of waiting. Chose to wait and was shown to a comfortable waiting area while technicians worked on car. Just over an hour later car was brought back - all work done and car washed as a bonus. What's not to like.

The car, and me, received the usual excellent service from all at Elim - have been going there for my car and service for 25 years, wouldn't think of going anywhere else. (Covid measures also excellent.)
