Do not answer emails or complaints. Booked in for a Service, told it would be 3k of work before they could do the Service. Charged over £120 to be told this, no work was done to the car what so ever. No idea why they charged this as a staff member told me a health check is free. Wont return calls or answer emails. Took car elsewhere MOT and Service passed, no problem. Liars.

Excellent experience with sales department. Initial contact was made via Carwow. Evans Halshaw offered a very good price on the car I wanted, and their staff were efficient & pleasant to deal with. On arriving to pick up the car we were warmly welcomed by Bernard who went through the handover thoroughly & spent plenty of time with us ensuring we were happy with everything. Two days later we received a call checking everything was ok in case we had any questions. The buying experience overall was excellent & I would recommend this company.

Citroen Cardiff are very professional and most of all have the time to answer any questions. Had a lovely warm welcome in the clean showroom from the new manager Tom, He was very fare with regards to the trade in of my vehicle and prepared to discuss the advantages available, very refreshing.

Was greeted by Bernard & Tom. Very professional and courteous. Lovely coffee! I am still torn between a Citroen C3 and a DS3. Will be back in a few days to complete the purchase.

Fault with car and the earliest they could book my car in was 13th January. Means I'm stranded with daughter (wheelchair user) for over 2 weeks. What poor customer service.
