Redbridge Town Hall

If you want to hire this venue, be warned, the staff on site are very rude and aggressive, they do not help at all. They make you clean up after yourself when they are the ones who are supposed to. They get paid for literally RELAXING!!! 😠😡🤪😵
Accessability is very poor if you are moving things.
Kitchen is unhygenic with cooking fat and stains everywhere,kitchen should have no hygiene rating and should be refurbished.
Try Hawkley Hall if you want a venue to use, they are 5 star venue, with wonderful staff, who always offer to help. 😉

Absolutely poor service, I have lived in 2 other boroughs and have never had a problem contacting the council for help. The phone line is like a maze, if you want to speak to a an actual person instead of listening to the same automated message throughout. Terrible service.

Redbridge council is one of the worst council in London. Stabbing, killing, mugging is happening on daily basis. No local leisure centre for the community, not enough space for children in school, no available appointment in GP local hospital day long waiting queue . No investment into the local community from the local councilor. Please do not give a vote to these councilors Our town is getting worse and worse day by day. We need good local leaders who care about the community. Do not fall into the trap of local origin counselors, they are useless and the main cause of this beautiful town. I never saw a single family sitting on those green benches around council only junkies and homeless people littering rubbish around the area. What a waste of money by Redbridge council.

Had my Covid jab today. Staff were wonderful and welcoming and made me feel very at ease. They ensured everyone followed guidelines and carefully monitored people that had their jab for 10-15 minutes to make sure no one had a bad reaction. I'm so proud of our community, nurses and volunteers for working so hard to keep us all safe. Thank you for your assistance!

Very fast and efficient vaccination!

Just been for my second Covid 19 vaccine. I can't speak highly enough of the efficiency of the whole experience. Volunteers of all ages, races and faiths working together for a common cause. Amazing. Well done Redbridge!

Really disgusting been phoning for a month to sort out council tax but no answer keeps ringing but no answer. Not everyone has internet access and can do thing online. Shud be able to speak to someone and even the office is closed when all restriction have gone.

Visited Redbridge Town Hall to have my COVID 19 booster. Well organised and informed. Almost straight in and not long to wait until able to leave. Hastle free, nothing to be concerned about.
When working in mental health I was part of organisation of mental health day. A good sized town hall, clean with public amenities. Town hall in the center of shopping area with bus stops close by.
