I had dropped my daughter at Southlands Hospital and I visited the park with my dog whilst waiting for the call to pick my daughter up again. The park is well kept, though the majority of the grassed area is taken up by various sports pitches. There are plenty of benches around, so you can sit and watch the world go by. The toilet block is clean and parking is free, though somewhat limited. All in all a pleasant place to spend an hour or two.

Brilliant open air cafe which boasts great coffee and superb cakes..especially the paradise slice!!! Good for the park,kids, and meeting friends socially. Idea for dog owners too.

I've never stopped in here but I've driven past many a time and it looks great....not private mind. Good for a walk / toilets / lunch etc....parking is fine as well. Big open space.

A good place for a walk and if you own a dog it's a lovely place to walk you dog and their is a cake there to have a cuppa and snacks definitely recommend it

I love this park and so do the dogs .They have planted lots of new trees. Such a lovely big open space.

One big square park with a cafe.. its OK for dog walking... plenty of people walking dogs.

Great park for dog walking & families however spolit by the use of team games such as football or rugby. Both parties leave too much rubbish, drink bottles & the tape that holds their socks up. Particularly bad when tournaments are on as too many cars on the grass driving too quickly.
