Extremely poor and unfair service, I reported my financial mail being stolen on a regular basis for years to South Wales Police and my car plates stolen which I might add is on car finance but was told the Police cant do anything about peoples mail being stolen, what a joke.I complained to the Police Conduct Authority in Bridgend and waited months for them to consider my complaints but they said no further action would be taken about any of my complaints,, so as a result of no action being taken by South Wales Police my mail still continues to be tampered with. Perhaps the conduct of Police at Bridgend Headquarters should be investigated ?
