Cleaning Spot

We have enjoyed using Cleaning Spot for the last decade. They are our main source of equipment and consumables. Very happy with their fast delivery of orders, knowledgeable staff and enthusiasm for supporting our business. A good company with whom to work when you need reliable support.

Excellent customer service. The delivery was very quick and efficient and, although I had ordered the wrong size gloves, I was able to bring them back easily to get a pair in my size. The staff were friendly and I will definitely be shopping there again.

Great service. I have now bought a second wall-mounted hose reel - awesome product. I also got the worst hose I have ever owned from them - basically 30m of kinks. I wouldn't leave this review other than the fact that I reviewed both products on their site (great reel, awful hose) and only the good review was published.

I been using the company for about 3-4 years now. The quality of the product what they selling is drastically dropped, and they won’t take any responsibility.
The hose was extremely cheap quality last year and now the membrane died after 4 months ( usually it lasts for about 12)and I suppose to pay for inspection even if it had year warranty.
Most of the staff doesn’t know anything about the items they’re selling, you won’t get help.
There are plenty of other companies who sell good products, and in case the item they sold is faulty, thy replace it or you will get a refund…. Just use them!

Massive thank you to cleaning spot today! Unfortunately they didn’t have the exact part that I needed but the fact that one of the staff took so much time trying to find a way round it for me was amazing as what I was after was so specific.

Terrible customer service. I made a large order to get free postage, all items were advertised as in stock. The same day I placed the order I had an email to say it had shipped. A few days later it had not arrived and when I checked with them they told me one of the items was out of stock and they were waiting for stock. I asked if they could send the rest of the order now and then send the other item when they get it in stock, so I wouldn't have to reorder and pay postage. They just refunded me for the other item and sent the rest of the order (over a week after I ordered). So now i'll have to reorder the missing item elsewhere and pay postage, as I will not be using cleaning spot again. It defeats the object of placing a large order to get the free postage. Please don't advertise items in stock if you don't have them, If I had known I would have placed my whole order elsewhere. When I complained, they just kept explaining what happened, rather than offering a solution.

Impressive. I have been using this company since starting my business 13 years ago. Not always the cheapest but - they have a very large stock, and things arrive FAST. Recently, I had an urgent order including an item that was out of stock. I was not easily contactable, but the amount of trouble they went to in order to solve the problem was most impressive. Very few businesses these days are capable of that level of communication. I recommend using Cleaning Spot if reliable customer service is your priority.

Been using this company for many years, supplying equipment to my business but now got to the point where we will part company .... really poor customer service but staff. I bought the fittings as spares, usually 20 at a time, four of the fittings were faulty after a couple of uses .... in our business out working we kept changing them because we need to work, we also had a further unused 5 fittings which i asked to be exchanged ...YOU REFUSED. not very good customer relations after spending thousands with you.
By the way i never asked for a refund just exchange of the unused ones.
