An animal testing company that has now acquired two brands previously committed to no animal testing on products (Ecover and Method). What is the point in buying so called eco-friendly products if animal cruelty has been involved in their production??

Why have you made the tins of shoe polish so cheap they are now hard to open and more often the little thing that you try to open breaks off for an old person it just impossible please go back to the old style tins you might be making more money but we are losing as it goes in the bin it would be nice if you take notice but I doubt....

A month ago I returned some faulty Duck Refill pads and I have had no response from the company at all. Apart from the cost of the product it also cost me 3 pounds to return the item so I am disgusted that such a large company should fail so badly.

Raid Fly and Wasp killer is both expensive and a total waste of money. It does not kill anything.

I have always used the shoe polish but the tins are awful. Once I have managed with time to open the tin, then I can't put it back, it never seems to fit, the lid always appears to be too big once its open and it fits one side but not the next. I just cant cope with all the time wasting anymore
