Would never use SAF again or recommend them after using them for an end of tenancy clean in October 2018.

Upon completion of the clean I inspected the property and found numerous problems. I raised these issues (numerous times via telephone, which I had no response from, and emails). They were not rectified despite my repeated efforts to communicate, due to both the cleaning work and a lack of responsiveness on SAF's part.

The cooker, in particular, was cleaned to a poor standard, with black marks remaining. Other oversights include; spider webs (and spider!) left on walls, walls cleaned to poor standard with unbelievable marks remaining, and rubbish just left on door step!

We almost didn't get out deposit back and ended up having to clean the property ourselves. We still had to pay SAF despite this. The whole encounter was unbelievable and so disappointing. I feel like I have been conned by this company and can only hope that others read this review before considering using SAF Surrey. Please learn from my mistake and don't use this company.

I had SAF Cleaning in today to clean my carpets and a large rug. They did an excellent Job and I am thrilled with the results. Simon called to say he was running a little late and after having a look at what he had to do explained to me what he planned on doing. He managed to get all stains from the carpets and did a stunning job on the rug. I use SAF for window cleaning too and they always do a fantastic job.

I was impressed with the work done. Braddy and his dad were brilliant at cleaning our very big conservatory top to bottom, in and out (valet cleaning). They were very precise, determined to fully satisfy our expectations - it came out as new. We believe SAF are very professional and committed, we cannot but recommend them for both big one-off jobs and regular window cleaning.

Really great service from Simon at SAF cleaning. Very thorough and he cleaned our carpets to a really high standard, they look as good as new. Just excellent. My family have used SAF cleaning in the past, very trustworthy and hardworking and deliver great results. Wouldn't hesitate to use again, will recommend to others. Thank you

We needed a professional clean of a reasonably sized 3 bed house prior to putting it up for sale. We had removed all furniture and carpets but it had been lived in by a very elderly person for many years so needed a good sorting out. SAF cleaned the inside from top to bottom, inside cupboards in the kitchen, the oven (wow) all worktops, woodwork, skirting walls, floors everything basically. We also got their window cleaner to do outside of the windows too. It was amazing what they did. Really very pleased indeed.

I have been using SAF Cleaning Services for many years and they do an excellent job every time. Be it cleaning Windows or removing red wine from my carpet - they arrive on time, are polite, efficient and do a great job and are excellent value for money, Highly recomended

SAF Cleaning have been hired out to clean the carpet in the property next to my flat. For the second time they have shown complete disrespect, firstly leaving a rotten smelling mess behind them in common areas of our block. Today they have broken some steps carrying up their equipment and have tried to put it back in place as though it wasn't them and only admitted to it once confronted. I also questioned them on the stains they had dribbled all over the common area carpets, and was promised it was water and would evaporate... it was not and it has stained. The employees of this company are either incompetent or contemptuous... or perhaps both.
