Terrible company. Visited to give us a quote, gave us the impression it would be easy and quick to set everything up, gave us a business card with a generic email address and phone number, suggested that email was the best way of getting in touch - and then never responded to the email we sent. I waited a week and then called twice to follow up, was told both times that I would get a call back the same day, and never got a call. Clearly they don't want my business! What a waste of time.

We used them for a while and it worked ok. That is until the cleaner damaged marble surface in the bathroom by cleaning it with bleach. The company handled the situation very very poorly. Simple matter that should have been easily dealt with under their insurance that we had been told about. After 6 month of trying to get them to resolve, we gave up. Very poor customer care and response times.

Theft problem! This should have been covered by their insurance, but instead we were accused of lying by their vice president! AVOID!

Liked the cleaner, but at the end of the contract we made an accidental overpayment.
I contacted them requesting it’s return. They agreed we’d overpaid but pointed to a small print clause saying they don’t return overpayments.

I was pretty astonished. Avoid companies that behave this way.

Update:
I note the response from the owner. I confirm I have cross-referenced the phone numbers and it is indeed the same company. Here was the reply I received by email.

Thanks for getting in touch.

Yes, the payment should have stopped, unfortunately, as you were told in the initial interview, we are not able to stop your standing order payment, this is your responsibility. Whoever came to see you initially would have told you this and would have also told you that we do not refund any overpayments - you would have agreed to this during the initial interview.
