We started using DCS Cleaning Solutions in April 2015 after 25 years of using Derbyshire County Council. During the transition and up to the present day Ian and his team have excelled above and beyond our expectations. The team are very professional and carry the work out to a high standard. I called to enquire about a job, unfortunately they couldn't do it, which is fine, what isn't fine was the tone they responded with and the way they hung up on me whist I was asking if they knew anyone else who may be able to assist, a simple no would have sufficed.

From contacting Ian to job completion, Ian was responsive to all messages and carried out the work professionally. We have a very large block paved drive and Ian did an outstanding job over 4 days to clean the paving and remove all the moss. Family have commented on how good it looks and someone even thought we’d had it re-laid. It looks amazing.
