Cleaned our place on 20th July in Oxford, for end of tenancy. Did a fantastic job, no issues at all when estate agents came to view the property. They very kindly sent us photos of 'before and after' of several areas they cleaned. Reasonable price. Would highly recommend.

Very unreliable. Had an end of tenancy clean booked although they decided to prioritise another job over mine despite it being booked 10 days later than I had. Notified me that would be cancelling and not attending via voicemail on the day of the job, leaving me in the lurch to try and find another cleaner at extremely short notice. No remorse, unprofessional. Doesn’t answer telephone calls, purposefully avoided me. Do not use!

Sam and Jess did our end-of-tenancy clean. They were extremely pleasant to deal with, and really flexible around our needs. They were happy to collect the keys from the landlord meaning we did not need to come back to Oxford after moving out. They also kindly sorted out some issues with the landlord being difficult. Would 100% recommend and would use again!
