Stitch in Time Newport Gwent

First time use of this service. Took a brand new pair of jeans in to be shortened. Picked them up today and have to say that the standard of work was absolutely outstanding. Even managed to preserve the original red stitching on the hem which was totally unexpected on my part and I'm still trying to figure out how this was done!!
Premises very clean and tidy. Excellent service from the staff and a very swift turnaround.

After having 3 bridesmaid dresses and a Groom's very very expensive suit altered here I can highly recommend.
There was a slight issue with one of the dresses after alteration and we took it back, no fuss at all it was fixed beautifully at no extra charge.
All of the work has been completed to a very high standard and all at an incredibly reasonable low cost.
The customer service was friendly and welcoming.

Have used them 3 times in the last 6 months, with alterations ranging from almost a complete re-tailoring of a new Gant Jacket to resizing a heavy flying style jacket, with all work done to a high standard at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

My husband has had several pairs of trousers shortened and narrowed. He has also had a jacket altered because the shoulders were too wide for his altered shape. All the work was carried out expertly and has transformed the garments. We plan to take more items in because this business is excellent and also good value. I would thoroughly recommend their work.

A warm and friendly welcome. I took a jumpsuit and a pair of jeans to be taken up, I was met with a warm and friendly welcome and was measured up there and then using the changing room. Very professional. I picked my clothes up a few days later and I couldn’t be happier with the results, top quality. I will definitely be going back. Thanks guys!

This place is amazing, I bought a regular wedding dress even though I'm heavily pregnant and they made it fit beautifully for my special day, I can't thank you enough!
