Fantastic selection of men's, women's, children's and home items! The store is very large with a nice sized cafe. They definitely out did the smaller Nexts, which was easy due to the size of the store. I felt like they really had everything and it was nicely organized. Their staff was friendly and quick to help answer my questions.

Wheelchair accessible but no urgency around getting the disabled toilet fixed in the cafe. The female staff were really helpful when we couldn't find what we wanted, the male staff member couldn't care less, he seemed more interested in talking to other staff than to us. Not sure I'd go back, although we used to go every 6 weeks and spend some serious money. It's a shame because the female staff were nice and it's a good place to try out furniture.

Good staff in this store always ready to help you and advice you when necessary i think next the best materials and designs for childrens clothes..........

Actually had long trousers for my daughter! Got her work trousers and smart ones, both off sale rail! Staff very helpful.
Couldn't try on in store, but popped to friends, tried on and returned no problems. Very happy 🎉

Very disappointed with the service, only one sales person in the furniture department. I spoke to the sales assistant who was serving a lady placing an order for furniture, she said she would be a while, no problem I was there to order a sofa, after waiting patiently she then proceeded to serve others and I was totally ignored. I wont be going back to that store and shall order my sofa elsewhere.

You are saying clothes on sale but I just see summer clothes. We are in winter time what can I do with them

Always found this branch to be really helpful, but recently found that the customer service is slipping.
Wanted to speak to someone to run through some returns.. after waiting in queue ( only 1 lady serving and another two colleagues chatting), I was called over and as soon as I asked if I could return some items I was told it had to be done by a machine at the front of the shop..there was no one waiting behind me and simply put it felt like the lady could not be bothered to deal with me.. why does no one do face face service any more??
So I go to the machine put the returns through to then go back to look for something when I over heard the lady " running me down" as I didn't see the returns machine intially!! Well yes I did, just simply wanted human interaction...
Customer service is no longer a priority to next!

Awful company! Ordered a bench for our kitchen and was told 10 days for delivery as it's in stock. Then 2 weeks later we get a message saying not in stock and we'd have to wait another 3 weeks. Then we get another message saying it will be another 3 weeks. Then we get a date for delivery, then they say it will be there between 10 and 12 on the 26th...hurrah!!! THEN after I blocked my diary out from work we get a call saying there's been a mistake and bench no longer available!!!! CLOWNS!
