Jack Wills issued a 'no minimum spend' voucher giving £5 off purchases to Xmas Eve. Website would not accept it, so I contacted customer services who indicated that there had been some online abuse of the discount code, but outlets would honour it. However, Norwich branch refused, stated it had been withdrawn despite it being 3 days prior to the expiry of Xmas Eve, referred to T&C which on the voucher which simply stated the validity dates. So here we have a company that issues vouchers and won't then honour them, so the trust is gone. Will be transacting with companies I can trust in future.

Good shop, quality as you'd expect from this brand, i.e. good. Lots of changing rooms, friendly staff. only complaint is the shops small size, which limits the amount of choice it can have in terms of different clothes
