H&M

I visited the store yesterday and saw a blazer I wanted to purchase, I checked online and saw that it was reduced for members (I am a member). I asked the sales rep if he can honour the price match he called his manager and she straight up refused to do this. I’ve just checked online and H&M themselves said they will honour any promotions and discounts that are online in store. I think this is disgusting and straight up out of order, I sometimes think these managers in retails shops have a serious chip on their shoulders when in hindsight you just another employee to the brand.

Lift was broken when I visited. Fortunately I was able to make my way to another lift nearby but it was still a bit of a trek. This should've been fixed as it was clear it's been broken for a while!
If you want disabled and especially wheelchair using customers to be able to shop, fix your lift quicker and make sure that the spaces between racks are decent. It's so difficult to move around a lot of them which I would assume is even worse if someone were in a powered wheelchair as mine is very small in comparison.

Mens section has hardly anything decent. No nice shirts, t-shirts were plain & boring and what I looked at were overpriced for the look and feel of them. Used to be much better

Gorgeous clothes for kids especially and lovely selection but a bit pricey.

Nice store, lots of variety and stock but you must buy when you see as the stock changes frequently

Always get my clothes here good quality and good prices, shop is well stocked and the staff are kind

Lovd this store, one of my favourite clothing stores, great selection of sizes in stock

I'm a big fan of H&M at Bluewater.The quality of the clothes is very good
