TFG London - Hobbs, Phase Eight, Whistles, Damsel in a dress at Intu lakeside

I would like to say a huge thank you to Emma the supervisor and Rebecca the style assistant for going above and beyond to make our shopping experience so perfect! Originally they were closing at 7pm we arrived at 6:50pm and they was so helpful to help advise on colours and styles from dresses, jackets shoes and accessories we was not rushed and both girls could not have been more genuinely interested in helping us. They stayed open until we had said “yes” to the dress! They are both a credit to your company!

I had the absolute best service from Emma, super lovely from start to finish. She helped me find the perfect outfit for a friend's wedding, and couldn't have been more helpful! I loved the fact that she wasn't pushy, and I felt I received genuine and honest advice. I will definitely return to this store!

Today I went to browse for a Mother of the Bride dress and came away with the complete outfit, dress, jacket, shoes, handbag, and fascinator. I was served by Jane who was super helpful and friendly - told me honestly what suited and suggested alternatives. She was so kind ad has excellent customer service skills - I have emailed Head Office to let them know how good she was and what a good experience I had. Thank you Jane.

I'm not one for shopping and really do not usually like the experience.
However, on this occasion I must congratulate you and your team for having the patience and expertise to help and guide me through the process of purchasing several items.
I came away very relaxed and happy with my co ordinating outfits.

I was in the store today - the staff were lovely so helpful. Emma kindly helped me find a jacket that was out of stock on line but was available in another store.
They offered advice on different products and it was a very enjoyable experience. Thank you

I went into here to find a dress for my sons wedding this month. I am disabled and needed help because my partner didn't have a clue lol. A lady called Helen helped me choose a variety of dresses and helped me change into them. We finally found the one and oh my its so pretty. Helen gave me a lovely assistance and helped with assessories.
The lady at the till was lovely and accomidating and wrapped and packed the items lovely.
I will definitely be going back here again and asking for Helen.

2nd December 2022, Was looking for a size 14 tilda black coat
from Hobbs no size 14 anywhere ? . My partner and I decided a last try was Lakeside, Thurrock . We had both been looking all day abd he was tired and so was I.
Went into Hobbs TFG BRAND HOUSE LAKESIDE, Grays and two angel sales assistant Natalie and Jayne saved the day ! they did not have size either but started checking on lap top and found only nine in the Country , then started ringing them ( at this point I was wow oh wow ) they secured me one from Sheffield which I paid for over the phone there and then to be delivered this week , they also sent electronic receipt soon as paid . These ladies really helped more than I can say as was a gift . These big stores should have ladies like these two people who showed initiative, manners , support . Hobbs lucky to have them .

I came into the store a few days ago with my daughter as I needed a couple of dresses for work and for nights out. She recommended the store after being helped by a lady called Michelle. The lady who helped me was called Emma and she helped with sizing as I didn’t realise I needed a smaller size in one of the dresses that my daughter had picked out from Hobbs. I usually find it difficult to shop as my daughter says I’m not fashionable enough but she was impressed with some of the pieces that Emma picked out for me to try on. She was very helpful and complimentary of the outfits that I did end up choosing. She even explained that I had a cool skin tone and showed me different colours that would suit me, even some colours that I never would have worn before. I will be going back in September for a Free Personal Styling Session to get some pieces for my winter wardrobe. It’s really good to have Hobbs and Whistles and Phase Eight all in one shop as I like all the brands and can try them all on in one shop!
This is my new favourite shop in Lakeside, and thanks to Emma, my teenage daughter thinks I have a great fashion sense now!
