Have bought this brands clothes for a few years now. Good quality and designer clothes and shoe ranges for both me and my partner. I’m always slightly disappointed by some (no all) of the staff in this branch though. Usually get one worded replies and no willingness to help out or be more friendly. From what I have read from other reviews it seems that other customers have had a similar experience.

Great shop well presented. Mostly designed for tall people

Good quality clothes, although they have become quite expensive. Fashionable and classic styles. Worth a look as they have a sale on at present

Beautiful clothing , reasonably priced, great service

This store was the worst experience with this brand. My partner loves it and the stores in Spain and Prague that we know, have been simply great offering huge choice and top advice. Yesterday in Dartford? The range is small. Worst of all, however, the staff. They do everything they can to ignore the customers. After I was able to "convince" a shop associate , the disaster began. My partner just wanted a trouser suit in a muted colour. A staple for a brand like Massimo Dutti. The shop associate asked about the size. I’ve never seen anything like that with the other stores. The shop associates there knew the size at a glance. With the jacket that the store associate brought, the arms were far too long. Before the store associate came back with the trousers, we "flee" from the store ... Btw, the family and I had given my partner an extra birthday voucher so that she can choose a part she loves from the brand she loves. Great birthday. Thank you Massimo Dutti.

Great shopping experience for men's clothes. Nice clothes, attentive staff. Would return again. Wish they did bigger women's sizes.

Too posh for me, I barely dared to put a foot inside and found it hard to fathom the layout. 🤔

My husband got a few bits. So clean and friendly.
