Love the shoes and bags. Got some good bargains in the sale. The clothes sales racks were messy and labelled poorly. I bought a boys t-shirt which was labelled reduced to £3 but scanned at £5 and even though the assistant clearly saw that it had been marked at £3 it was still sold to me at £5. Not bothered about a couple of pounds but shoddy and poor customer care.

Great place for shopping, has great sales during the end of season terms. Can be quite expensive when it comes to formal wear but what do you expect when shopping for aesthetics and quality, alternatively there are amazing clothes here for guys from Shackets to formal chinos and casual street wear. Hands down my favourite place to shop.

Nice selection however the lack of ability to try clothes on is a pain, if I'm dropping money on clothes I would prefer to get the right size so I'm not having to come back into town to exchange them. Also not sure what difference it makes if I try them on at home instead of in the shop.... They do boast a great 28 day returns policy as an offset though

Not very good staff. Stood waiting at the till waiting to buy jacket and jumper for over ten mins. While shop assistant finished her conversation about going to a girls wedding
