Large, modern branch of the popular clothing retail outlet. Has a rear entrance with lift-accessibility, but recently this has been closed (presumably due to difficulty securing it), meaning disabled access isn't possible as far as I'm aware. The upstairs counter is often not staffed, so you can be left waiting for a while before being able to pay.

Good little next store but the stairs could be a challenge for the less able

Went to collect an item purchased online, and felt as though we were interrupting them. Got the lift to upstairs, eventually found the self collect, but unable to find a 'colleague' to deal with us. When we did find one he just didn't have the time to 'serve 'us. Will not use this service again. Poor show Next.

Good next store very helpful staff and easy for returns and collections

Previously a VIP member getting priority access to sales and spending an awful lot of money. Sadly the last time was the very last. Unable to have free delivery to the store for collection and will not pay £3.95 delivery to my address when I can't guarantee its secure delivery not being home.

Blonde lady behind the till was serving the gentleman in front of me when he asked her where he could find a particular item. She was very short with him and just said “it’s over there” instead of taking 10 seconds or so to show him the exact location.
When serving me she was again short and acted like she didn’t want to be there.
Friendly customer service really goes along way and would avoid people like me feeling like I have to leave a bad review like this.
People expect better from a national super store like Next.

Nice to be able to order for collection in store.
