As someone else said, store location is out of the way but rents may pay a part in that! Good selection of clothing, they have shoes & trainers but not huge selection, what they stock is nice though. Friendly staff who don't pounce on you allowing you to browse without pressure. I would recommend going on the loyalty list as the pounds you spend accumulate into a nice amount of discount for another day.

After the Hitchin experience, I thought I’d check another of their stores. Felt friendlier, too many sale items tho and mainly low rent brands. Doesn’t feel higher end and not in a great part of town.

The worst shop in Stevenage, and really bad customer service, bought pair of trainers DSQUARED from them wear them for a couple of hours my white socks turned more black then the colour of the shoes, went there and told this is the situation, all I got is we can’t do anything, you have used them , so please be aware all their clothes are 100% fake

Some great products at decent prices. However some products prices hiked compared to online stores.

Recently found out that Maysons as a whole company do not offer a refund on any product full stop. No matter what the item or when you brought it, receipt or no receipt, the only option is to exchange or credit note.

I do not see how a company can get away with this. If you buy something here, make sure it’s perfect and you love it because you will not be able to return it!

These guys are absolute crooks. Bought a RL sweat that started to Frey and they claimed it wasn’t a manufacturing fault but mine. Only offer credit note and no refund. Found out Robert Goddard their old store in Hitchin does it cheaper and much better range , inc womenswear. Also heard Maysons have been bankrupt recently. Avoid this lot with a big barge pole.

They’ve a new shop but still not a great range of clothes. Limited sizes and surprisingly some cheap rent stuff considering its supposed to be designer. Don’t do online either. Nice enough but doesn’t fill the gap. A bit like the Hitchin store.

Another poor experience. The stock levels are so poor, not a great range in sizes and I bought a jacket that doesn’t look right and they won’t give me a refund, only a credit note. They feel like cowboys tbh. Heard they’ve shut the other stores recently - beware, better online or local at Robert Goddard. Also heard they’ve been made insolvent recently, well dodge.
