I went to exchange my little one's winter jacket to the STEVENAGE store today which I noticed there is a product faulty with its fit on soon after my son worn it for little while today.
Didn't expect kind of problem so I tagged it off because I am with always NEXT product for son since he was born.

The woman sale assistant's customer service was very poor and she treated me like big liar. And was very rude at the counter when I am trying explain my matter. I am so disappointed.

I used to go to the WGC store before I moved to Stevenage. To be honest they got very friendly staff.

They signed my mother up for a in-store credit card without her permission, or telling her what this consisted of. They they sent a Next catalog and added the catalog & postage cost to their 'Next' credit card. I couldn't believe they even would do this. What's worse is that they focus on older people to rip them off. Avoid this company at all costs, will never buy from them again.

Great product with loads to offer for all the family. Store is modern with a very helpful team on hand if you need them. Stocks Women's, Mens, Kids & Home.

Staff helpful when stock not available. Ordering from the till was quick and easy plus next day collect was a surprise. Only 4 stars because being Mr average they never have my size in stock so always have to order

I may suggest probably to train the staff on tills first before letting them deal with customers
Having difficulty to take the tags off..then some items were with no tags and did not know what to do
On the end was trying to pay with Next card and clearly said she had no idea what to do..then said my card was not working..i paid with alternative card
When I called customer service they could not find anything wrong with the card and were really surprised why even if the card was not working they should called credit control to find out more about it

went to purchase various items to find 1 cashier and a long queue asked if there was anybody about got told by a grumpy middle aged person no put all the items back purchased from other retailer

Good friendly staff. Only popped in for a gift card, but will be going back for a couple of items spotted.

Terrible service in Next Stevenage store. Staff rude to the extent of bullying. Will not step in the store again, or buy anything else in Next due to this service. It is one thing to ignore the clients, it is another thing to make them feel uncomfortable in the store.
