Awful. Ordered from them a few times (a couple of times they took over a month with no communication unless chased). In spite of this I liked the products so persevered. At one point they had had no business shirts in my size whenever I had checked continuously for over a year. I emailed them to say this and asked if there was a way I could put an order in for a specific shirt or two and was told no. Awful service, plus since discovered that the shirts deteriorate quite quickly. Quality poor - avoid.

Worst service i have ever received. I dont normally write reviews good, bad or otherwise but felt i had to for this. I ordered my shirt in July, 4 weeks before i would go away and need the shirt. No sign or communication of when the shirt would be coming or any update unless i chased them. Long story short after at least half a dozen emails chasing, they eventually sent me the shirt in Decemeber after offering a full refund and a complementary shirt. Its now February, no refund or complimentary shirt.
The shirt quality isnt great, not worth the money and 100% not worth even close to the effort i put into chasing getting the shirt.
Dont waste your time ordering

Ordered 2 shirts,one completely wrong size one poor quality. Sent them back by registered mail six months ago,cannot get through on the phone,unanswered messages,and unanswered e mails. Don't think there is any chance of a refund. Absolutely the worst company going,,,,,,avoid at all cost. John Ottley

This company is just waiting to go bust. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Used them plenty of times before now just a shell of their former selves. No new stock ever sourced. Clearly just selling off remaining stock. As others have said there is no customer service! Phone is never answered. Voicemails never returned. Twitter account inactive since Jan 2016 and tweets go unreplied. Emails ignored too. Too three weeks to get a refund and then only due to threat of chargeback. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Ordered and paid for an item from the company as a gift for someone, it has never arrived! Not been able to get in touch with them since and they have not replied to any of our correspondence. We are now going through the bank to reclaim our payment! Having read through the other reviews sounds to me like a company that is going out of business, they are certainly acting that way, so avoid people!

Trying to buy shirts from Smartweave is an unbelievable experience in that they just do not want to sell shirts ! I have tried to phone them and sent numerous e-mail but nothing. I have now given up and will buy my shirts elsewhere

I really don't understand the previous reviews! Have nothing but good things to say about this company. Wear their shirts daily and they really do work wonders. Only ever found customer service to be top notch. Previous comments are possibly competitors?!

I don't usually write reviews but this is undoubtedly the worst service I have ever experienced so I felt I had to say something and hopefully save someone else time and money. I ordered a couple of shirts, they took a month an two unanswered emails to arrive. One was the wrong size, the other one - the wrong color. I returned them immediately, asking for a refund - nothing. They don't answer emails, they don't pick up the phone, and most certainly do not send any money back.
In short - appalling service, mediocre quality. DO NOT BUY!!!
