Great Shop! Helpful Staff.... always very busy but the staff are always very polite and always strive to help the best they can. Clothes are lovely and unique. Home wear is the same. Love love love this shop! They are doing a great job! They should be proud of what they have accomplished in the six weeks of being open. A great addition to Cheltenham!

Such a lovely store. The staff were very friendly. Such a variety and really good selection of thingies. Light, bright and smells so good. I really enjoyed my visit today. Would visit again.

Unique one off clothing, homeware and gifts. Mostly quite pricey but different.

Genuinely nice brand however, the Cheltenham shop seems to charge more! Example being, I have purchased a t-shirt they have charged me £10 extra. Requested a refund and both the sale assistant and shop manager rolled their eyes. Very unpleasant customer service!
Fast forward to this experience on Friday I have attempted to purchase a hat however the price was an extra £10 compared to the website.

I walk in the door and am transported to a magical shopping experience, feels like I'm right back in my first experience of this chain in San Francisco. Staff always so friendly and helpful, lots of lovely customer touches. Support this store so we get More!

After looking around a beautiful store, we was disappointed that we were treated so poorly by a member of staff who clearly wanted to go home, we were abruptly told the store was closed and made very clear that we should leave whether we wanted to pay for something or not. Will not return as I have never been asked in that manner to leave a store before, they clearly don’t think my money is as good as anyone else’s. I understand that they have to close at some point but to be told so rudely was not needed.

Love this store so many different and unusual gifts and they accept cash which when shopping a lot of places don't
