Good shopping centre, topshop/man was also very large and had a wide range of things to choose from

Decent selection but staff needs some customer service training. Went in to return an in-store and online purchase. After successfully completing an exchange, I realized I was not given a receipt. Went back to the till (only about 20 minutes had passed) and had been accused of not knowing where to look and dropping or misplacing the receipt because she “knew” she put it in the bag. Just a oops, sorry would have sufficed instead of blaming the customer. Stick to online shopping or a different Topshop.

Personally being a man. I didn't buy anything but going with my mother she seemed to enjoy a lot of the clothes there. and staff were very nice and approached us with things that they thought she might like. Would recommend

It's the stairs! Everybody I know hates them! Mad to think of all the people whose vertigo is exacerbated by trying to shop here! I haven't bought anything in here in a while. I did go in, but just browsed.

Served by very helpful and lovely staff, they went well out of their way to help me and my mum. Evangeline and another man on tills with her, did not catch his name.

When it's offers time I recommend to go really early, or you will find a mess and too difficult to manage when it's crowded. However you can spot on with really expensive stuff for a dime

There's not much point going in at the moment unless you want a jacket or shoes as the staff will tell you off for trying anything on over your head (fully clothed and wearing a mask) and the changing rooms are all closed.
The reason they gave was government guidelines but I've been in other clothes shops with well manned, operational changing rooms so... 🤷🏻‍♀️
Yet they don't have a quarantine area for clothes people have picked up, nor do they have enough staff to make sure people don't put back items they've picked up and... Fondled. They also don't have a limit to how many people can enter or a good one way system with tape on the floor.
Wouldn't recommend going in at the moment.

No disabled access. I understand that the lift was out of order but they wouldn't let me use the top floor entrance either.
