Superdry

Clothes look nice, but no brand service.
I bought a Superdry watch for my son on flight and it stopped working after 4 weeks. I took it to the main and original Superdry store and asked the assistant if anything could be done, she had to check with the manager but despite it being a Superdry watch, with Superdry written all over it, had to inform me to take it back to the airport. The manager then also had to come over and tell me again, I hadn't disagreed with the assistant I was just zipping up my coat she just wanted to give me the bad news again. I can understand the why (because "f" customers) but I can't really imagine any other brand doing this.

Great shopping experience today. Served by Hannah at the tills who helped pack my clothes up while I used their dressing room to put my new shorts on.

Fantastic service which resulted in me buying a coat I wouldn’t have purchased if the sales assistant hadn’t helped me. More retailers need to realise that a bit of traditional selling would result in more people visiting shops and spending money. It’s so much more satisfying than shopping online which is a pretty depressing experience. Top marks to whoever is delivering training at Superdry.

Great service from the employees, made it a much more enjoyable experience in the store and they were really helpful and helped me find everything I was searching for. Along with this, the clothes I bought have instantly become my favourite clothes I own, they're really comfortable and definitely worth their price tag

A great selection of good quality coats, hoodies and t-shirts. Quite extortionate though.

The original superdry shop , great staff in here and always really happy to help and just chat , pity more shops in town haven't got this customer service.

Loved it here.Great choice of clothing is a given.But what makes it special is the lighting and layout.Very friendly and helpful Staff is a bonus.

Ordered my jeans on 16th dec but after 10 days I still waiting for delivery I call the customer service they didn’t help as well , ridiculous .
