Lovely staff - very kind and helpful.

I visited or rang many joules stores in my area including Gloucester , Cheltenham ,Monmouth and Bristol looking for my wife a hat for Christmas . None of them were very helpful, with just a sorry we don't have any. But Hereford could not have been more helpful they went the extra mile with very friendly polite staff. We will definitely be shopping at this branch from now on.

The most lovely shop run by two kind and very helpful ladies. Really makes such a pleasure to shop with such wonderful staff.
