23/03/16 (AM) - I'm not all that keen on shopping and finding anything to fit me properly can be a pain. The staff were absolutely amazing, so friendly and helpful. I explained what I was looking for and although they had no straight trousers in stock they looked online for me checked the store room and catalogues just to be sure. In the end I opted for tapperd trousers but not because I was pushed to buy them either. Great service thank you.

Really frustrated staff. Asked if they could check a certain sized jumper and it was as if I asked her to shoot her puppy. Asked for the store manager who was even worse. Don't know what her issue was but came across like she was suffering . Someone probably left her. No wonder NEXT isn't what it used to be. Really not fit for work especially at such a busy time of year. Communication skills lacking.
