Brought two pairs of men's trousers from here and both of them were to tight around the waist.
Either get trousers that fit or cease trading and close the shop down!!!!

Not happy about the customer service I just received at the Harlow store at 12.38 served by Theresa. I was waiting in the queue for several minutes as the customer at the till was discussing covid 19 with Theresa. I noticed a man and his 2 children then waited for several seconds at the opposite end of the queue. The customer at the till finished their transaction and left. Theresa then said to me that she thought the man at the wrong end of the queue had been waiting longer than me, I told her no it is me, she clearly doubted me and proceeded to ask the man if he had been waiting longer, as he did not know I was served next but feeling very insulted that I was not trusted and feeling like rubbish about how I was made to feel. I appreciate we are all under pressure at the moment but I won't be returning back to the shop any time soon.

Poor customer service , wasted journey , was promised a return over the phone before making my way there then seven pack lie in the store and then was rejected a return will not be returning and not trusted they are making a fool of themselves look all the negative
