Terrible customer service. I returned the items due to wrong size on the day of purchase. 6 working days have passed but the refund is not credited into my card. I gave a call to Next customer service but they refer me to the store I shopped. I gave a call to the store based on the phone number on their website but they keep me waiting for half an hour passing me from head office to Colchester branch at the end no clear response. £70 still pending after 10 days of shopping

Bad customer service today. Needed to collect my online order. Text message said collection till on ground floor. Searched for it and ended up going to till. Queued 10 mind. To be told to go up stairs. Queued upstairs to be told to use the machine. Both members of staff very unhelpful and off in attitude.

Clothing choice is ok some prices seem a little steep but they have reasonably priced items too. 4 stars as overcharged £5 from what the label said and I didnt notice until I had paid and neither did the cashier and I had to go back to rectify. The member of staff was very apologetic and sorted it out after a bit of messing around getting managers for till keys to do the refund.

It seems that every time I visit I have to wait long time to be served. Assistant who helped me was very polite and efficient but unfortunately she was on her own. When I've joined the queue I was 8th to be served.

Clean, plenty of choice and excellent friendly staff. The prices were good for central London and my wife easily found something to wear.
