Very accommodating staff attempting to meet wife's requirements

I ordered a coat online for my mum, as a 70th birthday present. Unfortunately the coat was too big for her, and with no smaller sizes available online, I decided to walk in store to seek help. The staff were extremely helpful, and were able to source the size I needed from another store. They then arranged for the coat to be delivered to the Amersham store, and also honoured the price difference given I'd purchased the coat online on a promotional rate. The staff here really did go over and beyond. Excellent customer service. Many thanks.
