Both top quality products and top quality customer service. My binder got lost in the post (it was around Christmas during the pandemic so I gather it was out of their control) but they kindly sent me a replacement which arrived the following day. Staff were always kind and professional.

The binder itself is amazing - it's the comfiest/least tight-feeling binder I've ever worn, whilst also making me the flattest I've ever been. The range in colours, from multiple skin tones to black/white to bright colours, means there's a big variety to choose from (which makes a nice change from there only being black or white like a lot of other places).

Overall, I highly recommend Spectrum Outfitters if you're looking for a new binder.

Took three weeks to be delivered, and pretty much wore out after a few weeks of wearing it. No one replied to emails or questions about it, and just generally not a good binder, just wait for gc2b to restock.
