Shocking company to deal with. Items take forever to arrive, then it turns up damaged, not through Royal Mail, as the outer box was in perfect condition. It was packed like it arrived, then another order of 17 items including limited edition vinyl, 5 items are missing. Then comes the customer service, zero replies to phone calls, zero personal response to emails, just automated and with links that don’t work when trying to reply trying to organise the sham that this company is. Over £300 spent and half is missing or damaged.

Order something on the 13th May and after weeks of waiting finally got a email on Monday saying that it had been dispatched with next day delivery,checked on the royal mail tracking website and still says the warehouse has it! Contacted the customer service got lied to with broken promises... had emails just ignored or even cancelled... wouldn't mind but only live 15mins away from the warehouse would of been easier if I just walked there.. so disappointed and will never use any artist webstore if its this warehouse ever again!!!!!!

Sent me a damaged poster that I paid a fair bit of money for, for it to come damaged. Emailed to explain the situation with picture evidence and said would respond within 24hours and never did!

Tried calling them and ended up being sent to voicemail and the voicemail cut out before was even finished! Now gotta wait another 24 hours probably but if don’t respond this time, it’s going to trading standards as I’m not the only one in a similar situation and is an unacceptable reputation to have

I placed an order in April. It still did not arrive and when I try to contact them I instantly go to voicemail. They dont replied to that.

Conclusion: never order something this company has to deliver, because they are incapible to do so!

Order items 3 months ago and I’ve received nothing , tried to contact them several times but have got no reply …

Bunch of scammers. Avoid them like the plague.

Ordered a shirt, after a month and some it arrived: they send the wrong item. A month to ship something to Europe? Come on... Contacted them with photos and receipts. A week later they answered and had the nerve to tell me that if I wanted a refund I had to send them back the shirt on the original package at MY expense.
Well the tshirt is cool so I let it go. Shame on them.

Second time. Ordered a couple of shirts on october. Shipped a couple of days after I ordered them. Now is mid november and nothing. Contacted them again and they send back a generic (computer generated most probably) mail omiting all the information i provided them to track my orders. Whatever I recive anything or not I am done with this people. Never again! Shame on me.

Avoid, absolute shocking service!

I was unfortunately redirected here from the Off Menu website for official merchandise. I wish they used a better company.

Firstly, their website failed the moment I hit confirm order. The money went straight out of my bank but I did not receive an order number or confirmation email. I had to chase them to only keep receiving silly automated emails.

I paid for next day postage but they didn't dispatch until 4 days after my order date (not stated anywhere that they are slow at dispatching). The order still never arrived.

Their emails are 95% automated and mostly blaming royal mail strikes or asking for a review, so here's mine.

Just don't waste your time!

Very bad experience with BSI merch regarding my Dave order. I ordered my Vinyl + T-Shirts back in September, it is now DECEMBER and i only have received 2/4 items. I was waiting such a long time for my vinyl and t-shirt, with the t-shirt never being released again they then contacted me to say it's out of stock. Absolutely gutted with everything... Also still waiting for 1 more vinyl to deliver...
