Great place to off load your old clothes and a fair price and nice staff highly recommend

Great place, really was quick and easy. The guy took and looked through all of our bags very quickly and paid on the spot. (10+ black bags and boxes worth! So quite alot of clothes!) Ended up 50p per kilo so we were happy. Gave a few things back but got rid of the majority, what wasn't taken we put into a clothing charity bin. Would reccomended this place :)

Very good services, I had a lovely chat with the owner of the shop while waiting to get paid for my unwanted clothes, brilliant atmosphere, really recommend 😀

First time I came the guy gave me £10 for a couple small bags
Second time the lady only gave me £8 for sacks and sacks of good quality jeans but gave me back school uniform trousers ( told me they would take shirts if good condition)
Visited today , and the women, who is normally alone l, but had family with her was rude to me of the offset - she told
Me I should of checked the clothes before I brought them ( I did I spent ages washing drying them and packing them up this morning) I apologised and said I checked them, she well obviously you haven’t, and basically shamed me in front of her guests ask said I was lying.
And she went on and on and I said I just take my bags to a charity shop, the man said they will just Chuck them because they terrible condition. ( they are the same condition as the last 2 times I have been)
I took My bags and left she gave me £5 for 4 bags she took.
I would totally avoid, because they rude, unkind, called me a liar , and when I asked them to show
Me what’s wrong with one of T-shirts that was so bad, she said ah this one slipped threw - basically I either didn’t have the type of clothes they wanted , or she was having a ego boast in front of her friends.
And other people excepted the clothes as Iv just driven straight to somewhere else and dropped
My clothes off without problems
Oh and they told
Me not to bother coming back if I can’t be handle being spoken to ( i was crying when they said this ) this was a shock and a horrible experience especially as the clothes was fine the same quality as other clothes they had excepted

Went there today, very friendly staff. Had such a laugh, can't wait to go back.

Friendly, went through clothes etc quickly and was good to talk to. Been a couple of times how and has always been a decent experience. There are some clothes / items they do no accept but going in with 100kg+, I only took back 1 bag full.

Arrived with six sacks of good quality clothes, some unworn.
The lady took one look at me, an old man and immediately said she was not interested in old peoples clothes after glimpsing in only one of the sacks.
I found her attitude patronising and insulting if not ageist.
Don't bother to go to this scruffy ramshackle place unless you are young with designer clothes.

Great place to take your PRE SORTED Pre loved clothing .However while I was there felt sorry for the lady, a very rude man with what appeared to be dirty broken clothing shouting abuse when politely being explained to the items were not suitable.. 6 bags only rejected my pjs. Full marks easy in out experience. Thank you ☺️
