M&Co

Love shopping at M&Co and eat and caffe but staff at Chesham are very rude and unhelpful. You would think that in small town they will at least try to pretend they value customers. Feels like they are doing you a favour by serving you and don’t even think of returning something, they will make you feel very small. One day i paid 5p for the bag so i could pack my shopping, lady gave me thorn bag so i asked for second one (considering my shopping was heavy as i purchased set of curtains) with such a hassle she gave me second one but didn't help herself and give me evil look and long speech about my ‘demand’ for a second bag. So disappointing, i understand working in retail is not easy as i used to work in high street shop too, but no need to treat customers they way they do in M&Co in Chesham.

Extremely rude staff , I was in the fitting rooms and heard one of the staff shouting out “how many of you are in the fitting room?” So I didn’t reply as I cudnt SEE if the question was directed at me . She knocked very hard on my door which made me jump badly and she repeated the question to which I answered tht it was only myself in there. This is extremely weird behaviour and conduct of a staff. Upon asking why I was I asked that question the staff simply said she just wanted to know if i needed any help.Shocked and very unhappy turn of events for my relaxed afternoon planned.
Staff at till was no happy bunny too. I think they all need a holiday !

Set over 2 floors with a cafe & cafe toilets; very conveinent and easy to get to; lovely, friendly staff. I could while the time away looking at all the clothes!😊

Good for basics and sometimes you can find a real gem of a clothing item on sale. Wait for the sales though, don't pay full price!
