Lovely experience at Whistles Sevenoaks today. A lovely lady called Nats helped me. She was friendly and helpful bringing me items to the changing room I wouldn’t have thought about trying on. I left happy even if my bank balance wasn’t as happy as me 😂

Took my daughter shopping to cheer her up after a recent breakup which had left her feeling down on herself.

She left with a smile on her face and a little more confidence and self-belief than when she went in.

Had such a fab experience in the Sevenoaks store with the lovely Fiona. Amazing 1 to 1 help & service - highly recommend. The sizes come up on the big size, so don't be put off trying the size down! Definitely bought much more than I should have!

This is such a lovely branch of Whistles. It is really well run and the staff are so helpful and nice - nothing is too much trouble, eg. contacting other stores for me to find sizes that were out of stock online. It reminds you of the real benefits of shopping in store rather than direct from online. Highly recommend them all round 😊

Was expecting a parcel to be dispatched from here after an incredibly disappointing experience with the website where they failed to deliver my shoes on the next day service promised and it turned out they were out of stock at the warehouse. Everybody involved assured me the store would dispatch my order Thursday for a Friday delivery via Royal Mail Special Delivery, but I've again been left disappointed and annoyed by the service received. Turns out, the shoes weren't posted until 11am on Friday! Totally unimpressed with the shambolic service and broken promises from both the website customer service and the store. Won't shop here again.
