Can only give three stars. Nice clothes, great staff, but tiny clothes. I am 1.92m and find nothing in there that fits. Definitely don't bother if you're tall and slightly portly.

Love the brand, been here many times before, high quality clothing products, but can be expensive.

My local superdry store is in Tunbridge wells ,always find what I'm looking for,all the staff very friendly and helpful , they are a credit to there company .the clothes keep there colour even after several washes clothes well made never had an issue would recommend this store

Very helpful staff... unfortunately didn't have the size I wanted but good service and tried hard to find what I needed

Sale items are well priced, but it is a franchise and does not have a large selection of goods especially sportswear

Just about as bad service as you could hope
to get. Whilst I struggled with a toddler and trying to FaceTime my other half to get an opinion on various jackets, trying to undo zips and buttons. The two staff members were busy leaning over some shelving, talking to each other, seemingly oblivious, despite the fact that I was almost next to them. When I pointed out that they could actually do something to help, they had every excuse why they were preoccupied, no apology. Apparently the furthest one away reckons she did offer, but through a face mask and all the commotion, I heard absolutely nothing. Couldn’t take the criticism. I release when people don’t have children that perhaps they have the appreciation. Either way, coming across too stuck up to have any interest in customers trying to purchase clothing is definitely the wrong way to go. Fewer and fewer shops in Victoria place, not surprised why people are avoiding retail

Had what I wanted, good selection of clothes, friendly staff.
