Bossy manager. Wasn't helpfull . I had a £48 voucher which expired day earlier which I didn't realise. Tried to use it but manager explanation was sound like she didn't care much ...i think l wouldn't be shopping there anymore.

Tunbridge wells branch manager is one of the most unfriendly and dismissive people I have ever encountered in ANY shop. The first time I put down to her having a bad day but after a second encounter with her to sort out a refund, I am now of the opinion she is in the wrong job. Such a shame, as the store has some lovely items but I won't be returning.

Been in here a few times and have bought thing, exchanged things and returned things. The staff are always warm, knowledgeable and friendly. The shop itself is large and well stocked and there's nice big changing rooms. It's great that the store has womenswear, menswear and homeware.

Customer service was non-existence- I was waiting at the till to pay, the customer assistant took a look at us but did not seem too interested in servicing us, instead she checked herself out in the mirror. One star for nice clothes, zero star for the customer assistant who dressed in blue.

Their Customer service is very very poor and zero and the lady (House)who served my husband needs to go for more training. She was very rude and was asking my husband to calculate the 20% off the item himself as she has no time.
