Ted Baker - Ashford

Not often I rate places but the store manager Simon was awesome last weekend, as were his staff. Spent almost 1.5 hours with me returning 2 suits and constantly back and forth finding suitable replacements. He went well out of his way for me. What was even more impressive was that he welcomed me back if I had any further problems. Very patient, store has nice stuff and everybody very helpful.

Great place to bag a Ted Baker bargain. With loads of items on sale at discounted prices. The odd special weekend with extra offers. Friendly staff, cool decor and an overall great experience. Cheap parking outside and lots of shops to also visit. We'll worth popping in if your around that area.

Probably the best store at the outlet centre, seem to have pretty good selection of clothing and other bits and bobs. It's one of them stores you need to visit quite frequently as the decent stuff comes and goes quite quickly. Seems to have decent genuine discount over the normal store price also

My body doesn't allow me to get in most of the clothes there....... But saying that...... Always busy and decent range.

Very bad experience with one young man from the staff with ash-blond hair in the tail yesterday.
We took the queue before he came then when it was our turn, we were told to wait for the size in front of the queue on the side. But of course, he wasn't there at that time. When he came, he asked us to pay but we said that we were waiting for another size, so there was a guy who came at that moment without taking the queue and he proceeded to payment with him. When the lady came back she couldn't find the other size so we decided to take that item that we already had. Then, when he finshed with that guy, we asked him " Can we pay now please ?" and in a very rude way, he said that the lady behind us was the one in the queue, she is the one who will pay now ( Like he is telling us that we have to take the queue again) he didn't know that we already took that queue before because he wasnt there. He tought that he did the right thing and that lady started looking at us in a very bad way like we don't respect the rules not just her but everyone else, while he coud have asked us first before taking such a rude decision if we took the queue or not ! But of course, he didnt bother to know.
We were shocked from his behaviour and we didn't want to create a scene so we end up going back again to the end of the queue.We felt very frustrated me and my husband with such a childish behaviour.

Helpful and friendly staff, on hand to explain the sizes and assist with enquiries. All staff helpful but really impressed with JOE who went the extra mile to help us today. On todays experience would recommend this store.

I have been to the Ted baker store at Bicester Village and that outlet had so much more collection and better discount than this one. I didn't buy anything because there was no variety or good deals. Lots of collection was new with not good discount either.

Nice store layout out..love Ted but today not much stock of interest. Next time !
