I like the clothes here and given the prices are discounted it's worth a visit. I wish they had more in my average size!

I visited Gant outlet today to buy a coat. I found a lovely one however while wondering around the shopping centre, I started getting concerned that its colour was too light and might get dirty very easily. I decided to go back to the store about an hour later to request a refund. Apparently the store does not accept returns for refunds and would only do exchange. This of course was written on a miniscule card on the counter top which you would not notice unless someone told you. While purchasing, noone told me there was a no refund policy, either. I am now stuck with a £153 gift card I very likely will not use, while they will probably sell that coat tomorrow if they haven't done so already! Totally unacceptable!! The only clothing store that probably does not do refunds in the UK!

Josh at the GHANT Ashford store was amazing in customer service, he went an extra mile to help with what I wanted.

His smiling and helpful approach made it much easier with shopping which is a big challenge for me.
