Joules

Joules have such an amazing range of clothing, and as a horse rider myself I personally lovely their Equestrian ranges.

Helpful staff who were happy to assist with all the inquiries I had with useful advice. I Hope to return soon.

Poor service! Assistant barely grunted at us and never looked up from her laptop.

Like many middle aged blokes I had found myself pretty much exclusively buying my clothes from Next and M&S and over the years quietly mourning the continual drop in quality in both those stores. I was aware of Joules but thought of them as for the Horsey set and mostly aimed at female customers (which to be fair is where they are strongest) however I was knocked out by the quality of the men's clothes. Look out for sales is the best advice I can give as the prices are a little on the high side but the stuff they sell is like what M&S and Next used to sell up until the late 90s. High quality cloth with lots of extra detailing.

Bought a nice little jacket for our boy here. Staff who helped us order as not in stock, plus you get free delivery if ordered in store. Minus point, quite a large step at entrance, Wheelchair Ramp is available

Absolutely shocking customer service from Joules. I had my reservations when ordering from them as I had heard mixed reviews. However my order was cancelled weeks ago and yet I've still not received a refund or a reply to any of my emails. further to that I decided to call them this afternoon. I was on hold that long that it went past their opening times and therefore ended the call on me after being on hold for 30 minutes. (Who closes at 4pm?)
There's a reason these guys had to be bought out of administration.
I'll never use Joules again.
The quality of clothes doesn't outweigh the poor service unfortunately.
