DIOR London Selfridges

It was an amazing experience at Selfridges, at Oxford street. Jennifer assisted me all the way choosing my desired items of Dior for my family back home in Bangladesh. Her indepth understanding and knowledge on beauty products and its application on various skin types is outstanding. It was a gifted company of Her when I badly needed assistance.
Finally...the beautiful wrapping made my Guest of honour so happy...in the same evening. It was done by Jennifer....Thank You...Jennifer

My experience with Dior in the past has been fairly good but I felt compelled to leave a poor review based on my abysmal experience.
I went into this store today and asked if there was a sign up/queening system for anyone who required assistance from a sales rep, and was told to go wait at the entrance by a lady who was almost finished and would come to us next. 10 mins of waiting later, I saw another woman enter admittedly looking much fancier than me and with more designer gear on her and to my horror, the sales rep decided to go straight to her to help her even though I was there first.
I felt discriminated based on my more common appearance and walked straight out. I feel like sales reps sometimes really need to stop acting like they are doing us a favour by serving us and treating certain customers better than others. Yes we want your help but you need us more than we need you.

Absolute DREAM of an experience! Visited the accessories hall boutique where the sales assistant was polite but didn't make too much of an effort to help me find what I need (which was low in stock). She directed me to another Dior boutique and felt and keen to move on to the next customer.
I then passed by the upstairs boutique where Alex Costa ABSOLUTELY MADE MY WHOLE MONTH! He bent over backwards and went WAAY above and beyond, looking across 5 or 6 stockrooms and calling various team members to find the bag I was looking for (the same one I was told was not available!)
Not only did I go home beaming with my beautiful new bag, but he also left me a wonderful surprise gift! I can't even begin to thank you, Alex. Somebody promote that guy - not all heroes wear capes!

My experience lat time at Dior was amazing! Thank you very much for friendly and very professional Azura who served me and helped me to choose the earrings ! She was very polite and friendly! I'm very happy with my purchase.
Unfortunately before that visit 2 days ago I have been ignored by the staff at the store ...which is not nice at all. We are all human being remember that.

I am never speechless, but on this occasion I am. The staff have been simply outstanding. In particular, Bernadett, Harriet andRadia, have been so helpful and friendly, simply outstanding customer services. They were efficient with dealing with my query without any hesitation. I was given an explanation/backdrop to my query/concerns and it was dealt in the most professional manner, way above and beyond. Will make all of my future purchases at this store, more so as their counterparts in Harrods were exactly the opposite. Thank you so much ladies, you were fabulous. Rekha

Hi, I thought I would share what a great experience I had at Dior today. Laura and her co-worker (who was also a lovely lady with curly hair) provided me with the greatest service today. They were very patient and showed me everything that I wanted with no rush. Laura even took it further by grabbing a pair of boots from upstairs, that I hadn’t seen as they were at the back. Had the most amazing experience at Dior with genuinely brilliant sales assistant. This review is long overdue as visit a couple of weeks back. Ramona was really kind and caring and very delicate with how she applied my make- up. Left feeling great. Went back to Dior to ask for her manager but Ramona said the best thing to do was leave a review so here I am.
Noteworthy experience. Thanks Dior!
