Some of the clothes are absolutley amazing. However they keep reproducing the same styles over and over again with no variety.
The shoes and the accessories are absolutley amazing as well.
Is worth a visit for plus size clothing.

Great plus size shop. There was a nice selection of neutral pieces instead of the embellished plus size clothes that are available in the US. Staff was slightly helpful the could have been a little more attentive. Good overall experience.

They need to update their hours. I went in 30min before close, went to the change rooms within 10min of walking in, and they denied me access to try stuff on. I left annoyed since I had been so excited to get to finally try on true plus size clothing in London but I wasn't prepared to buy anything without trying on. Staff was rude and not helpful. I was harassed by a male staff member for dropping something on the floor - which I didn't. It was one of the store's dirty cleaning rags. When he realized all he said was "oh..." No apology for his harassing behaviour. I left with 17min before close and 15min before close, security came and locked the door. Why even say you're open until a certain time if you're going to lock the store early. Watched a woman get upset as she was told she'd have to leave shortly... She left annoyed as well. As this store is not at all busy compared to other nearby stores, I was extremely disappointed by this experience.

Bit hit and miss to be honest! Lady behind the till...omg customer service skills non-existent!! Not welcoming whatsoever, thankfully I got served by someone else as there was a queue. Some staff absolutely lovely, others dunno how they got the job! Us ladies of larger persuasion don't have much choice on the high street...Evans way too complacent and expensive but what can you do?!

Not sure why I go to this store as I come out every time feeling so frustrated, staff are awful, not helpful and just rude. The store itself is lovely and everything well placed. Went in today and had a lovely lady serving me, manager was also at the Till and didn’t look up once or acknowledge anyone, only time I heard her speak was to the lady serving me telling her off for giving me a 8p bag but charging me 5p as they didn’t have any left “you don’t have to tell them every time” was what she said. Made the lady look so stupid when she was just being helpful! not very professiona at all! Maybe review your management in this store. Blue water Evans is so much better with amazing staff! Stay away from Oxford Circus store!!!

I went to this store for a special occasion styling session with James and it was an utterly magnificent experience. He knew exactly what clothes to choose to take me out my comfort zone while still respecting my current style. I left with some beautiful clothes and shoes that I would never have normally tried but love them on. The store itself is spacious and well laid out so choosing complementary outfits is easy. There were hundreds of styles from which to choose. The staff are really kind, helpful and inspiring people, and James is an excellent stylist and very inspiring guy to be around. I recommend this branch of Evans absolutely. 10/10! Thank you for all your help and kindness.

No aircon in this store. Spot lights very hot. Surely it's obvious in a store for large ladies you need to have a comfortable/cool temp. I went in April. Would certainly avoid and buy online during the summer.

Found Jean's and a comfortable pair of shoes. Prices good. But need to carefully look at quality of material. Polyester and acrylic...the fashion ..found cotton very happy
