First time ordering and size was wrong when I returned the item for refund P+P £4.99 was not refunded and had to pay P+P £4.99 again for the smaller size. For woman’s sizes the item was much larger than expected for a S more like a 12. Won’t be returning as will cost a small fortune finding correct size.
