0 star, VERY POOR customer service and left me spending money without item with me.
I ordered couple of cloths to deliver in this store. When the item was delivered in the Store. I went to collect but the store rep refused to give me and even after spending an hour trying to understand why, I couldn't get any explanation apart from "the system suggesting to cancel the order". And the order was cancelled by store rep and after waiting 10 days I haven't got money back either. So I spent money and I don't have item either.

I had to complaint and call customer service who could not explain the situation either. They are good at issuing the gift card though.

This shop is a disgrace. Two weeks ago i collected a parcel with 7-8 items and basically all items were taken out of the packaging and were thrown on the sofa for me. Recently I came to collect another parcel and the staff asked me about its content. A parcel should be identifiable easily and waiting 15 mins for the staff to locate it is unacceptable.

Got an email ready to collect. Staff said we can't find your parcel...contact next service and they said sorry reorder.. this is not a reason ..

If i could i would not even give a single star.. The worst shop ever Especially the self service which takes them atleast 15 mins to go grab my parcel.. other people getting their parcels even tho i was waiting before them its just a joke.. im not suprised while the shops are closing down and the online market is the way now...

I will never step into this store again. I waited 1 houe for a parcel! After I asked someone for help I was told to queue up at the tills which then took another 20 minutes! Do not order to this store. Extremely understaffed and disorganised.

I’m sorry to say your guys are not doing great job at all. I’m talking about the collection point. Always messing up the parcels and update the account saying it’s collected when you guys scanned and not given out to the customer. Sign board outside the collection point says please be patient with us, even after being patient with you guys atleast get things right. Not the first time it happened for me to write this review.

What a terrible store! Such a mess, no staff, long queues and no effort to get the staff who are folding clothes to help on the tills.

Nice shop but didn’t like the customer service as very rude lady was serving me who had no business to say her opinion about me paying in change instead of card.
