Staff always helpful & very friendly

Today my sister came back from visiting the Kendal white stuff shop really upset . This is one of her go to shops and has always loved the goods and staff there. However today she was returning an item bought for her as a gift , this was too small . The staff member was very helpful and about to change the item when a supervisor came over “milly “ and was very rude to my sister and accused her of having worn the item and refused to accept it
Making my sister embarrassed as other customers were watching !!
My sister asked for a credit voucher that was also refused , this I believe was very poor service !! Unsatisfied

Great quality clothing, comfortable and classy shop. They even had a sale on, so we got a good discount.
