Barely ever go into this store any more. I feel a bit aggrieved since they permanently locked their external door. Access now is only via the Ashley Centre entrance, and I just don't bother unless it's unavoidable 😟

Glad they are closing down. I had about £300 worth of goods but tgey would not allow me to try them on. If they sre closing down, wherecan i return the goods that do not fit. Staff were extreamly rude.

Happened to be visiting Epsom and came across this store. Unfortunately it's closing down soon, so lots of bargains at this time.

We went yesterday to buy few things.i have a back bags (Raph Lauren )and a polo shirt same make.
there was a middle age lady on the checkout and there was only me along with my wife and son.
Her greeting was "you can't get refund "only exchange or credit note.we don't have any intention to get refund hence i was bit annoyed.
i have been work in retail all my life and know value of the customers.
my wife just asked to ensure we are getting right product "is this price correct "her answer was even worse "it's not market price is absolutely right ".
i am not sure if there any manager ever trained her?perhaps she may need to go for early retirement as she is not enjoys her job.where many people are looking for job.

I think in regards to clothes they stock more male than female clothes. Male shops are lacking in Epsom so I guess they need it more than us females do. I did purchase two jack wills tees. So I did not come out empty handed.

First time in here for a while. Stock/choice is OK but not great. Trying to buy something is the real battle as no staff on any of the 4 points of sale I went to. I had to go into a stock room and call 'hello’, only to be told by the woman hiding in there to go to the other side of the store where someone will be over to help me if I stand there! It seems like they dont want our business and we definitely felt like we were interrupting the staffs peaceful Sunday, so probably wont be visiting again!

The store is not what it once was, seems to have fewer products and less range. What it does have is ok. Store layout is also OK. Staff are a mix of very helpful and those that completely ignore you.

This place is generally quite stylish with an elegant flair, however the prices are so expensive hardly anyone can afford to buy items from this shop and if they do so, only very rarely and for special occasions. I do not visit this store often so therefore I shall rate if 3 stars.
