Lots of changing rooms available so you rarely have to wait, even if there are lots of people trying on multiple outfits

I think this need to be changed within the company when it comes down to doing interviews, the management team are very lazy to do one to one and they decide to do a group interview which did not feel like an interview, it felt more like going to school and sitting inside a class learning about the business rather than trying to understand what that person has to offer for the company, i personally think that the way they have approached this was very lazy, selfish and childish mindset only caring for their own time. Very poor decisions.

Love this store, have been shopping here for about 30 years or more, have been to their stores in the uk, Xania Crete, Athens, Barcelona and the Netherlands. They're ethically driven, well priced and always current, what more can you ask for ❤️💋

Where is your staff at your counters? Really poor customer service. Been waiting/looking for a while and no one here.

Me and friend went to look for a great jumper. Evie helped us out and showed great customer service skills. Good cashiers as well.

Been trying to talk to a manager in the kingston store about an item left in the mens fitting room, but they have not been helpful, I think a member of staff stole it. Thank you for not calling JAMES.

Your customer service is terrible.

Good layout across the multiple levels. Limited fitting rooms make it somewhat challenging during busy times but easy enough to buy and return later if something doesn't work.

It's OK, if you're looking for something to wear then you will definitely find something here that suits, amazing amount of choice spread over 2 floors
